Return & Refund Policy
1. General Terms
All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unpainted, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items & Services
To protect against common industry scams and fraudulent claims, the following are strictly non-refundable:
- Custom Orders: Any parts customized, including bespoke carbon fiber weaves or “made-to-order” kits.
- Installed Parts: Once a part has been mounted, bolted, or modified for installation, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
- Shipping & Handling: Original shipping costs and insurance fees are non-refundable.
3. Anti-Scam & Fraud Prevention
To ensure the integrity of our transactions and protect against fraudulent chargebacks:
- Restocking Fee: All authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This covers the cost of inspection and administrative processing.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Video Verification: For claims regarding “damaged on arrival” or “missing items,” Group A Motoring requires clear photo or video evidence of the unopened/damaged packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
4. The Refund Process
- Request an RMA: You must contact [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
- Inspection: Once your return is received, it will undergo a multi-point inspection. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Credit: If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
5. Cancellations
Orders cancelled before shipment but after processing are subject to a 10% administrative fee to cover non-refundable credit card processing and merchant fees.
